COVID-19 Pre Check-in Requirements
In the interest of protecting the health and well-being of our guests and staff members, we are required to ask you questions related to your travel and health activities prior to your arrival.
We ask that you are honest and take your share of responsibility when responding to the questions, so that we can all do our best to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
Please enter our guest portal to complete the pre check-in process along with the Covid-19 questionnaire.
Check-in is at 2:00pm
Upon check-in all guests are to present a valid credit card and current photo identification.
If you wish to make a reservation on someone else’s behalf please contact us prior to booking as you will need to complete and return a credit card authorization form along with a copy of the credit card being used for the reservation.
Depending on availability late check-out can be arranged. If available, late check-out up to 11:00am is complimentary. Any time after 11:00am up until 5:30pm will incur a charge.
Deposit and payment policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking at the time of reservation. Accounts must be paid in full upon arrival.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. Guest failing to arrive will be charged as per the cancellation policy. This will automatically be charged to your credit card.
All our apartments feature kind size beds, however if you need twin beds instead, this can be arranged at one off extra charge. Please let us know when you make the booking.
Long stay accommodation
We provide flexible accommodation for those who are looking for temporary home in inner City area.

Parkview Apartments accepts the following forms of payment:

- Diners Club
Please note a surcharge of 3% applies to Diners, American Express credit cards and a 1% surcharge applies to Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
After hours access
Guests can check in any time after 2pm. A confirmation email is sent to the guests upon booking which includes check in instructions. Please keep this confirmation email for your reference. We have an after-hour check-in system where the guest can get their apartment keys, remote for the vehicle access gate (if required) and instructions to their apartment via our computerised key safe. Should you have any trouble for access, you can always call 07 3844 4433 for assistance.
Cultural Centre Busway (600m)
The Cultural Centre Busway is a 600m walk from Parkview Apartments and is located on Melbourne Street near QPAC. From here public transport can be taken all over Brisbane.
CityFerry/CityCat Terminal (500m)
The CityCat runs along the Brisbane River starting from Hamilton through the city to the University of Queensland with various stops along the route. The CityCat terminal closest to Parkview Apartments is adjacent to QPAC at Southbank.
Train Station (500m)
South Brisbane Station, located on Grey Street, is the closest station to Parkview Apartments. Train timetables can be found at www.translink.com.au . The airport train also stops at South Brisbane Railway Station. More information available at www.airtrain.com.au
Guests requiring an airport transfer to/from either Brisbane Domestic or Brisbane International Airports can book a bus now. For more information please refer to www.con-x-ion.com/faqs
